Research note: Naming of the AI agent is inconsistent across official pages: pricing page and docs say 'AI Answers', the /agent/ page calls the agent 'Scout' under an 'Envoy' heading. No rename announcement found. Agent page lists email channel and app actions as 'Coming Soon', so autonomous actions left unverified. Phone is via integration (Aircall). Branding removal not mentioned.
