- Keep answering past the monthly allowance. At about 375 replies, the chat pauses until the next month and tells visitors to contact you directly.
- Remove the small "Powered by SpideyChat" link. That is a Pro feature.

Yes. It costs $0 a month with no time limit, and signing up doesn't ask for a credit card. You only pay if you choose to upgrade.
How many conversations does the Free plan cover?
It includes 500K AI tokens a month, about 375 replies at the average reply length we measure. A visitor who asks four questions uses four replies. For a small business site that is usually enough to see whether the chatbot is worth keeping.
What happens when I reach the monthly limit?
The chat pauses until the allowance resets at the start of the next month, and visitors see a short message asking them to contact you directly. Upgrading lifts the limit straight away.
Does it work with WordPress, Shopify, Wix and Squarespace?
Yes. It works on any site where you can add a script tag, and there is a WordPress plugin. Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow all let you add the code from their settings.
What do the paid plans add?
