Usage charges

  • Vapi hosting: $0.05 per minute
  • HIPAA compliance add-on: $2,000 per month
  • Additional concurrency: $10 per line per month
  • Additional organization: $20 per organization per month

Enterprise: Contact sales. Models pass through at cost and are billed on top of hosting: e.g. Deepgram transcriber about $0.0095-$0.0099/min, OpenAI model $0.0077-$0.0452/min, ElevenLabs voice $0.0146-$0.0238/min. Telephony from Twilio, Vonage or Telnyx is charged by the provider; Vapi telephony/SIP and WebRTC are free. Pro is priced as 10% of hosting fee with a $999/mo minimum.

A good fit for
Developers who want a flexible voice agent API and to choose their own model, voice and phone provider.
Look elsewhere if
You want one all-in price: the $0.05 a minute hosting fee excludes the model, voice and telephony, which are passed through at cost.

Optional plans add support and concurrency, from $29 a month; Pro has a $999 a month minimum.
