Enterprise: Contact sales. Per-minute rate includes LLM ('No token charges'), transcription and voices. Telephony is billed separately: bring your own carrier, or Bland's built-in Twilio at pass-through cost. BYOT customers do not pay transfer fees. 'Credits' are not defined on the pricing page. SMS features listed for Enterprise only.

Look elsewhere if
You need telephony included: phone carrier costs are billed separately.

The Start tier has no platform fee and talk time at $0.14 a minute; Build is $299 a month with talk time at $0.12.
