The “Powered by SpideyChat” badge appears on the widget on the Free and Starter plans. On the Pro plan and above it is removed automatically, so the widget is fully your own.
- 1Upgrade to the Pro plan (or higher) from Pricing in the dashboard.
- 2Reload a page with your widget. The badge is gone on every bot in your account, with no setting to change.
Branding removal is a Pro feature. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
