The first proper cold snap of the year is the busiest four days an HVAC company will have. Furnaces that limped through autumn give up all at once. The phone rings continuously. Ignore conversation counts. The number that matters is captured leads outside answered hours, the enquiries that would previously have been voicemail or nothing at all. Track it for one seasonal peak and compare it to your booked-job count for the same week last year.
